BEKS Kommunikációs Technika Kft. strives to implement all solutions and innovative procedures that enhance the value and functionality of a facility. In addition to our custom-developed and manufactured products, our solutions incorporate the most suitable tools from both domestic and international companies.

BEKS Kommunikációs Technika Kft. was founded in 1991. Our initial main activity was the construction of IT infrastructures. Over the years, by implementing hundreds of projects, we have accumulated a vast amount of knowledge and experience, which we utilize in our daily operations. Over the past more than 30 years, we have become one of the most significant and experienced companies in the region in IT system integration and the installation of custom systems.

All hardware and software components of our third-generation integrated access control system, named Welcome Komplex, developed by the BEKS team since 2003, and our 2024 ticketing system, named EasyTicket, are proprietary developments. The system’s components operate with IP-based communication, capable of both online and offline modes. All elements of the system were developed by our colleagues: from the electronic hardware controllers, through the low-level and high-level software components operating the system, to the device casing. The manufacturing of the devices is supported by our own laser cutters and 3D printers. This allows us to fully meet users’ unique needs and customize the system.

We are pleased to undertake comprehensive low-voltage projects. This includes not only the building’s access control system but also its CCTV surveillance system – for which we also establish the IT infrastructure – as well as other building security systems (fire and property protection, sound systems).

BEKS Kommunikációs Technika Kft. is proud to include among its references some of Hungary’s most significant baths, such as the prestigious Széchenyi, Lukács, Gellért, and Rudas Thermal Baths in Budapest, the HungaroSpa Bath Complex in Hajdúszoboszló, all facilities of Aquaticum in Debrecen, Eger Thermal Bath, Budaörs Swimming Pool, as well as the access control and CCTV systems of several football stadiums in Eastern Hungary. Fans are admitted to the Nagyerdei Stadium in Debrecen, the Balmazújváros City Stadium, the DVTK Stadium in Miskolc, and the Szeged Youth Center stadium using the Welcome access control system.

We strive to carry out every phase of the implementation ourselves. Our own staff handles the pulling of cables, the installation and commissioning of hardware devices, as well as the installation and system integration of servers and workstations. We operate a ticket tracking system that records and monitors user reports, and our support staff endeavors to resolve them as quickly as possible. We not only maintain our proprietary Welcome Komplex systems but also provide general IT operations with our highly qualified system administrators.
